In spite of heavy rain, a delegation composed of the international committee, and that of the central committee of Haiti, Haiti Movement For Peace Inc. HAMOPA, was able to donated school materials, such as books, notebooks, backpacks, pens, pencils, instrument geometry, to a effective of 150 children, the 09 October 2018, in the comune of Aquinas, in the south country. These children came from all localities of the municipality, were very happy, despite the distribution has experienced a great delay caused by traffic on the road junction. HAMOPA has distributed a stock of materials containing 500 chariots, 1500 books, 1000 pens, 1000 pencils, 155 backpacks, 100 geometry instrument boxes that can make it easier for children to work better in the classroom and at home. For Aquin only, the organization invested US $ 4000 in money, just for the production, and the purchase of materials from New York / USA, plus shipping and customs fees arriving in Haiti. And we also had to pay for a rental car, and a hotel fee for the accommodation of the delegates.
