This association is governed by the American laws on the one hand (In compliance with Chapter 617, FS,) for non-profit and by those Haitian, on the other hand in accordance with the decree concerning the creation of associations and with article 31 of the Constitution of March 29, 1987.
Work for the progress and pacification of the Haitian community as a whole and its members in particular, by setting up a support plan guaranteeing a process of national reconciliation;
The association aims to:
• Work with its members so as to be fully involved in the study, safeguarding and defense of their rights and duties. Encourage them to undertake a chain of solidarity towards a sustainable development project based on the notion of equitable social justice in Haiti;
• Work for the progress and pacification of the Haitian community as a whole and its members in particular, by setting up a support plan guaranteeing a process of national reconciliation;
• Promoting social and solidarity harmony between the various sections of the population, in order to close the bonds of fraternity favoring the integral development of the nation by the establishment of a program of permanent mutual aid;
• Promote respect for human rights in the country with a view to establishing a democratic and democratic state in which everyone feels proud to be part of it; • Advocate with the Haitian authorities on the need for a possible involvement of Haitians living outside to fully exercise their civil and political rights in this country, for a new start towards progress and the fullest inclusion ;
